NOTICE on the Disconnection of the “HUMANS” Financial Service from the Banking System of JSC “Octobank”
JSC “Octobank” hereby officially informs of the suspension of settlements and cooperation with LLC “HUMANS”, as well as the disconnection of LLC “HUMANS” from the clearing system and the cessation of operations involving cards issued under the “HUMANS” financial service.
The disconnection will take effect from 6:00 PM on June 13, 2025.
This decision has been made due to systematic violations of contractual terms and failure by LLC “HUMANS” to fulfill its contractual obligations.
It is important to note that since 2020, an agreement had been in effect between the parties for the joint implementation of a financial service, within which JSC “Octobank” acted as a partner. JSC “Octobank” has consistently and conscientiously fulfilled its obligations under the agreement, while LLC “HUMANS” has repeatedly failed to ensure timely reimbursement of funds related to clearing operations carried out by the Bank within the framework of the “HUMANS” financial service, and has delayed payment of service fees.
Furthermore, an economic case is currently under review by the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court, initiated by JSC “Octobank” against LLC “HUMANS” to recover outstanding debt and compensate for incurred losses in an amount exceeding UZS 500 billion.
The termination of cooperation with LLC “HUMANS” is being carried out in strict compliance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
