Octobank received the award "For dynamic development in the banking sector of Uzbekistan in 2024"

Octobank earned the award "For dynamic development in the banking sector of Uzbekistan in 2024" following the results of the VIII Brand Awards International. The award, previously known as "Brand of the Year", has been  transformed into an international format, confirming the business achievements of leading brands of Uzbekistan for the year.

The award ceremony was held on May 3 at the Hyatt Regency Tashkent Hotel. The organizers of the award – the Committee for the Development of Competition and Consumer Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Marketing Association of Uzbekistan – prepared the optimal format for participation and presentation of the most important achievements of brands and determination of their value.

"The Brand Awards International helps brands retell about their values, and consumers - make an informed choice. Thanks to this format, consumers will receive important information about the value and reliability of brands. A brand is not only a logo, a brand is a clear strategy for the development of a company and a product for the coming years, understandable and shared by consumers," notes Diyor Mirzaakhmedov, Chairman of the Board of the Marketing Association of Uzbekistan.

The unique format of Brand Awards Internationa allowed for the assessment of the indicative value of brands in Uzbekistan l for the first time. This work was carried out by the independent investment and consulting company Gafurov Kardash and Partners.
