During the China International Financial Exhibition 2025 in Shanghai, Octobank representative Ms. Li gave interviews to leading Chinese media outlets, including CCTV, Xinhua, Shanghai TV, and others. In the interviews, she spoke about the bank’s operations in Uzbekistan, its digital services, sustainable development approach, and plans for expanding international cooperation.
Octobank outlined its main areas of focus in working with China: providing transparent payment mechanisms, supporting cross-border trade, and developing digital payment technologies. The broadcasts also covered the prospects for expanding yuan-based settlements between China and the countries of Central Asia, including Uzbekistan, where monthly bilateral trade volumes reach several hundred million yuan.
