Analysis of Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities for 2025
Currently, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities” and the Regulation of the Central Bank “On Minimum Requirements for the Activities of Commercial Banks in Their Relations with Consumers of Banking Services” (Registration No. 3030 dated July 2, 2018), JSC Octobank regularly accepts, systematically reviews, and positively resolves both direct and virtual appeals from individuals and legal entities.
In accordance with the bank-approved reception schedule, members of the Management Board have organized a process for personal reception of individuals and legal entities.
In total, during 2025, the Bank received 223 appeals, including:
· 64 appeals via the Virtual Reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
· 82 appeals via the portal murojaat.gov.uz;
· 46 appeals submitted during visits to the Banking Operations Department;
· 23 appeals via the Bank’s official email address (info@octobank.uz);
· 5 appeals via the hotline (1007) of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
· 1 appeal via the hotline of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
· 1 appeal via the official website of JSC Octobank;
· 1 appeal sent by mail to the legal address of JSC Octobank.
Most appeals were related to bank cards, money transfers carried out through them, and account closures. In addition, appeals were received on issues related to the HUMANS card, remote blocking and unblocking of bank cards, as well as the provision of practical assistance in using the Dispute service of international payment systems VISA and Mastercard, obtaining preferential loans, and receiving information related thereto.
The appeal review process is under constant supervision of JSC Octobank, ensuring their full, objective, and timely consideration, as well as positive resolution.
