Analysis of Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities for the First Quarter of 2026
Currently, JSC "Octobank," in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities" and the Central Bank Regulation "On Minimum Requirements for the Activities of Commercial Banks in Relationships with Consumers of Banking Services" (Registration No. 3030 dated July 2, 2018), regularly accepts, systematically reviews, and proactively resolves both direct and virtual appeals from individuals and legal entities.
The Bank regularly accepts appeals in both in-person and remote forms, ensuring their systematic consideration. Additionally, a practice of personal reception of citizens by members of the Management Board has been established based on an approved schedule.
During the first quarter of 2026, the bank received a total of 63 appeals, including:
10 appeals — through the Virtual Reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
27 appeals — through the murojaat.gov.uz portal;
12 appeals — via direct visits to the banking operations department;
14 appeals — via the bank's official email address (info@octobank.uz).
The majority of the received appeals pertained to the following areas:
Issues related to bank plastic cards;
Money transfers (including international transfers);
Cash operations;
Questions regarding the opening and closing of bank accounts.
Additionally, appeals were recorded regarding:
Funds transfers from abroad;
Remote blocking and unlocking of bank cards;
Problems related to the use of the mobile application;
Miscellaneous issues not directly related to the bank's activities.
