NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF HUMANS (VISA) COBRANDED BANK CARDS

JSC “Octobank”, in connection with the suspension of the “HUMANS” financial service, hereby informs clients who hold cobranded bank cards issued jointly by “HUMANS” and Octobank of the following:

According to the terms of the agreement concluded with clients under the Rules for the Provision of the “HUMANS” Financial Service, the following provisions apply:

“3.2. By accepting the Rules, the Client instructs the Provider to automatically and irrevocably debit all funds received to the Card/Account in favor of topping up the balance of the Personal Account.

Personal Account – an analytical register in the automated settlement system of Humans, which reflects the crediting of funds paid by the Subscriber for telecommunications services, their debiting, and the available balance.

3.3. When performing spending transactions, the Client, in accordance with the Humans public offer, instructs Humans to return the advance payment made for telecommunications services to the Client’s Account. A transaction cannot be completed if the Client’s Personal Account balance is insufficient.

6.3. The Bank has the right to:

6.3.2.1. suspend operations in the event of a violation of the Rules or the law by the Client, upon request of authorized bodies, during an investigation into the legality of the Client’s actions, or in the event of suspension or termination of contractual relations with Humans.

6.3.7.1. Replace the Card with another bank card not related to the Service at the Client’s request, in the event of suspension or termination of the relationship with Humans.

7.7. Transactions will not be processed if there are no funds on the Card or in the event of suspension or termination of the Bank’s contractual relationship with Humans.”

According to these Rules, individuals became subscribers of mobile services provided by LLC “HUMANS” by entering into a public offer agreement with the Provider (LLC “HUMANS”) in the form of the Rules for Access to Humans Financial Services. This Offer, in particular, states:

“Instruction – a Client’s instruction to the Provider to return to the Client funds previously paid as an advance for telecommunications services provided by the Provider and recorded on the Personal Account, and to transfer these funds to the Client’s Card held with the Bank. The funds transferred to the Bank are recorded as the balance on the Client’s Card and are further transferred by the Bank to the recipient of the payment and/or transfer specified by the Client (hereinafter – Payment).”

In view of the foregoing, we hereby inform you of the following:

1. The Bank will cease servicing operations on HUMANS cobranded cards effective 6:00 PM on June 13, 2025.

In the event that a refund is required, clients should contact LLC “HUMANS” directly, as the funds were credited to the subscribers’ Personal Accounts, which are managed and recorded solely by LLC “HUMANS”.
